What happens

Founding 50

The first fifty landlords don't pay. They help build it.

Every unit active, up to 30. Every saved copy of your tenancy record included. No card. Free for as long as you're involved: using it on real tenancies, and giving me fifteen minutes of feedback a quarter. That's the whole deal.

  • Condition reports, rent receipts and notices your tenant confirms by email, dated as they happen.
