A rental unit (or "door") is any separately-leased space. This includes apartments, single-family homes, duplexes (2 doors), and individual rooms in a shared house. For example, a duplex counts as 2 doors, and a 4-unit apartment building counts as 4 doors.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. All your data is preserved during plan changes.
What are "advanced features" in the Advanced tier?

Zoho handles your credit card information—we never store it. Your subscription status is automatically synced with our platform via webhooks, ensuring seamless access to your tier's features.
What happens if I exceed my unit limit?
If you reach your plan's unit limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade to add more properties. You won't be able to add additional units until you upgrade. Your existing units and data remain fully accessible. We'll send you notifications as you approach your limit.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes! All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You can explore all features of your selected tier during the trial period. If you don't upgrade before the trial ends, your account will revert to the Free tier.
