Do I need a credit card?
No. You sign up with an email address and start. There is nothing to cancel.
What happens when I add a third unit?
Two units is where the free plan ends and Plus starts at $12 a month. Plus has the same features as Free — it only raises the unit limit. You will see that before it applies, and everything you have already recorded stays in your account.
Is screening included?
Yes, on every plan. Application links, receiving applications, and tenant profile shares are free — and so are applicant scoring, evidence analysis, and side-by-side comparison. Screening is never a paid add-on.
Is reporting rental history free?
Yes. Submitting a rental-history record at the end of a tenancy is included on every plan, including Free.
How do you make money?
Subscriptions from landlords with more units. We do not sell the records you keep here.
