Try the move-in condition report — as the landlord, then as the tenant
Walk a sample unit on your phone: rate each item, snap photos, talk instead of typing if you like. Sign and send. The tenant's email lands in your inbox — open it, agree in two taps or flag a difference, and see exactly what the landlord sees next.
How the demo works
Both sides of a real move-in, in one sitting
Pick which rooms exist, then go room by room. Every item gets Good, Worn or Damaged; photos and a spoken note attach where you are standing. Anything you skip is a note, not a wall.
Type your name to lock the walkthrough. Add your email and the tenant's copy goes there. That email is what your tenant would receive: one button, no account, no password.
Open it on your phone. Everything looks right? Two taps. See something differently? Pick the item, say so, add a photo. Your version goes on file beside the landlord's — it never overwrites it.
Back on the report: what the tenant said, item by item, and the one-tap acknowledgement that completes it. Every step is dated and attributed. That's the record you'd bring to a deposit conversation.

Questions
Before you start
Is this a mockup or the real product?
It's the real product. The demo creates a sample rental unit for you and runs the same walkthrough, the same tenant email, and the same review page a landlord and tenant use every day. Only the address and tenant are made up.
Why do you ask for my email?
So the tenant's copy can go somewhere. In the demo you play both roles: you walk the unit as the landlord, then the review email lands in your inbox and you answer as the tenant. We use the address for that email — nothing else unless you tick the box for updates.
Do I need to install anything or create an account?
No. The walkthrough runs in your phone's browser and the tenant review is a private link in the email — no account, no password. If you decide to use it for a real unit, the free trial takes a couple of minutes to set up.
What happens to the demo report afterwards?
The sample unit, photos, and report are deleted automatically a couple of weeks after you start. Nothing from the demo becomes part of anyone's rental history.
Does the demo work on desktop?
Yes, though the walkthrough is built for a phone in one hand: camera first, one room at a time, voice notes if you want them. Start it on your phone if you can — the tenant email is easiest to answer there too.
